Privacy Policy

We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law. If you are registered or have subscribed to a publication with Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd. and thereby given your consent, you will be contacted with relevant information that you have expressed an interest in or that might be of interest to you. With Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd. you are always in control of your personal information. If at any time you wish us to stop contacting you We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force. We do not store credit card details. Your information will not be passed or sold to any third party, and will be held exclusively by Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd.

Cancellations (In the event of a substitution of alternative traveller no charge applies):

Notification of any cancellations must be made in writing and forwarded by certified registered mail to Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd. as soon as possible. If a trip or package is cancelled by Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd., all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. Otherwise, cancellation charges apply as follows, to each traveller: Cancellations made 60 days to 31 days prior to trip departure, a charge of 50% of the total trip cost. Cancellations made within 30-15 days prior to trip departure, a charge of 75% of the total trip or package cost. Cancellations made within 14 days or less of trip departure, No refund. No refund will be made for any unused portion of a trip itinerary.

Responsibility

Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd. books travel and arranges tee times for domestic and international ground operators and golf courses: Each of which is an independent corporation with its own management and is not subject to the control of Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd. As the tour operator, Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd., in conjunction with McLaren Travel and its selling agents act only as agent in securing and booking the land/ground tour services provided by others as independent contractors. Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd. and its selling agents assume and accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconvenience caused by defect in the operation; or, default of any person engaged in transporting tour participants; or, in providing hotel accommodations; or, other tour services or caused by the criminal act of any person; or, caused by any event which is beyond the control of Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd. or the specified carriers. Golf3000 (Holdings) Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a tour if the circumstances so require and provide a full refund of all costs. Individual cancellation insurance can be purchased by the traveller and is highly recommended.
