Your group
will be guided and assisted by an experienced tour co-ordinator
from your arrival until your departure back home. This will ensure that

restaurants and activities that we encourage you to explore. It is

Day
1: Cape Town, Arrival
You will be met at Cape Town International Airport and transferred
to your hotel.
Take a scenic drive through the city in the early evening, ascending
Table Mountain to enjoy a glass of bubbly whilst the sun sets over
the Atlantic Ocean and the Mother City.
Optional dinner at Cape Grace

dining in the city)

2:
Cape Town, Royal Cape Golf Course
Golfers: Transfer to the championship
18 hole Royal Cape Golf Course.
The Royal Cape Golf Club, built in 1885, was officially the first
ever golf course in South Africa. Nine South African Opens have been
held here with winners including Gary Player (1965) and Ernie Els (1996).
Non-golfers: Embark on an historical
journey to Robben Island. Experience the life on this legendary island
and learn about the political prisoners.
Dinner
will be served at a spectacular restaurant in Camps
Bay with views of the ocean.

3: Cape Town, Clovelly Golf Course
Golfers: Play the Clovelly Country
Club, one of Southern Africa's most picturesque and challenging
courses, famous for its rolling, computer-irrigated fairways,
undulating greens and magnificent landscaping.
Non-golfers:
Full day tour to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, visiting Cape
Point, Simon's Town and the African Jackass Penguin colony at Boulders
Beach.
Enjoy
dinner at a quayside restaurant in the Waterfront.

Day
4: Cape Town, Steenberg Golf Course
Golfers: This morning will be spent
on Steenberg Estate's picturesque golf course, in the heart of
the Constantia winelands. Steenberg course works its way through the vineyards
of the oldest wine farm in South Africa, and is renowned for its greens,
as you approach the excellent facilities of the clubhouse, you will remember
this testing course.
Non-golfers:
Spend the morning wandering through Cape Town's markets, galleries
and shops. Visit the Cape Town Castle and grab a bite to eat
before embarking on a Township tour where you will experience Cape
Town's rich cultural diversity and get a better understanding of South
African life.

Day
5: Winelands, Erinvale Golf Course
Golfers: Transfer to the heart of the
winelands for 18 holes at Erinvale Golf Course, host to the 1996
World Cup of Golf Tournament.
To the East lies the Hottentots Holland Mountain Range, to the North the
majestic Helderberg Mountain and to the South lies the Indian Ocean.
Non
golfers: A full day tour of the Cape's wine country, including
cellar tour, wine tasting and a visit to a Cape Dutch Manor house.
All
guests will meet for lunch at our favourite winelands restaurant.
Overnight:

Day
6: Winelands, Paarl Golf Course
Golfers: Play the Paarl Golf Course.
There are plenty of scoring opportunities on this fairly flat course,
which is situated in the heart of the winelands. The fairways are lined
with huge magnificent old trees requiring accurate tee-shots.
Non-golfers:
Visit the towns of Paarl and Wellington and head into the countryside
for a day with a difference. A gourmet lunch is served on one of
the oldest working farms in the western Cape, followed by a game drive
where you have the opportunity of spotting Cape buffalo, a variety
of buck, Zebra and rare, indigenous flora and fauna.
Enjoy
dinner in the winelands in your own time.

Day
7:
Winelands, Spier Golf Course
Golfers: This morning you play Spier
Country Estate. The course offers players one of the best layouts
available in South Africa and is a good test of the golfer's ability
with every hole offering something unique.
Non-golfers:
We tour over the mountain pass to Franschhoek, the gourmet capital
of South Africa and home to the original French Huguenots. Horse
ride or hop on a horse drawn carriage through the Franschhoek valley,
tasting wine at three different wine estates.
Enjoy
a relaxed departure from your hotel. Take the scenic route via the
False Bay coastline to Bot River - outside Hermanus. Arrive late afternoon
at Arrabella Country Club and the Western Cape Hotel and Spa. The
hotel is carefully designed to blend into the natural environment.
Dinner at the Western Cape Hotel.

Day
8: Hermanus, Arrabella Golf Course.
Golfers: Play on the Arrabella Country
Estate Golf Course, near Hermanus. This 18-hole championship course
that overlooks the Bot River lagoon is designed to maximize its breathtaking
setting.
Non-golfers:
Enjoy a morning of self-indulgence; Arrabella has a world-class
spa offering a variety of relaxing beauty treatments.
After lunch we take a leisurely drive to the seaside village of Hermanus.
Walk the famous cliff path, scouting for whales (Oct to November).
Overnight:
Western Cape Hotel and Spa.
Day
9: Departure
Morning at leisure, a vehicle and guide will be at your disposal
for shopping, excursions or optional activities.
Depart hotel for Cape Town International Airport to meet your flight back
home, or onward to your next destination.
