Your group will be guided and assisted by an experienced tour co-ordinator from your arrival until your departure back home. This will ensure that your journey to South Africa is effortless, comfortable and memorable. We emphasize flexibility, and do our utmost to cater to each individual's needs. Upon reservation we will supply you with our list of favourite restaurants and activities that we encourage you to explore. It is our wish that you enjoy every minute of your golfing holiday in South Africa, so flexibility and personal attention are an integral part of the service that we provide.

Day 1: Arrival, Fancourt - Bramble Hill Golf Course

Connect from Johannesburg/ Cape Town to George airport in the heart of the Garden Route. You will be met by Golf 3000 and transferred to the prestigious Fancourt Estate.
Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate captures the natural beauty of the Garden Route - the mountains, the water and the wildlife. All four of the golf courses are renowned for their amazing year round condition and attention to detail.
You will experience all four courses - Bramble Hill, Montague, The Outeniqua and The Links.
Fancourt has taken the lead in making golf accessible to everyone. The Golf Academy with undercover driving range, lecture rooms and professional tuition is also accessible.
You will have the afternoon at leisure to walk through the estate grounds and soak up the atmosphere at Fancourt.
Facilities include: indoor and outdoor pools, spa, bar areas, driving range, golf academy, shops, billiard room, squash, bowls, volleyball and tennis courts.
Play the Bramble Course (depending on your international flight arrival time). This course opened at the end of 2001.
Alternatively warm up on the putting and chipping greens, greenside and fairway bunkers and the full length driving range.
Welcome dinner at Fancourt.
Overnight: Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate, George

Day 2: George, Fancourt - The Links Golf Course

Golfers: Today you play the Links Course. This remarkable course is earmarked to host the 2003 Presidents Cup. This challenging course ensures that the overall balance in terms of length, position of hazards and shot values are in harmony. After lunch, join the non-golfers for a Champagne & Oyster cruise on the Knysna Lagoon.
Non-golfers: Tour along the Garden Route to Knoetzie beach. Walk along this pristine beach, famous for it's unusual "castles", followed by a short walking tour of the township. Lunch on the east head of the Knysna lagoon.
Overnight: Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate, George.

Day 3: George, Fancourt - Montagu Golf Course

Golfers:
Play the Montagu Course at Fancourt. Gary Player designed this superb and well-manicured parkland course. Enjoy lunch at Fancourt and the afternoon at leisure. Alternatively choose from one of our optional activities, for an all encompassing and energetic day.
Non-golfers: Full day tour inland to Oudtshoorn, in the Klein Karoo, a semi-desert area. Visit the famous Cango Caves. Have lunch at one of the "Feather Palaces".
The afternoon tour takes you via the Ostrich Farm and the Crocodile farm, before traversing back over the spectacular Outeniqua Pass and returning to the coastal belt.
Optional dinner at Fancourt (or make use of our recommendations for dining in the area).
Overnight: Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate, George.

Day 4: George, Knysna - Sparrebosch Golf Course

Golfers:
Transfer to the western headland of the Knysna Lagoon to play the scenic Sparrebosch Golf Course. Sparrebosch Clifftop Estate and Country Club opened its 18-hole golf course in August 2000. The views from the course look back over the Knysna Lagoon and the Outeniqua Mountains.
Non-golfers: Board the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe (the region's famous antique steam train) from George to Knysna, a shopper's paradise. Lunch at 34 ° south in the Knysna Waterfront and stroll through the quaint village of Knysna - famous for its wood, arts and crafts, revealing a treasure of interesting people and unusual places.
Join the Golfers for refreshments, and enjoy the panoramic views from the clubhouse at Sparrebosch.
Overnight: Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate, George.

Day 5:
George, Plettenberg Bay Golf Course

Golfers: Early morning transfer to Plettenberg Bay, where you play the superb Plettenberg Bay Golf course in the Piesang River Valley, a nature reserve that is rich in wild life.
Non-golfers: Head out to sea on an adventurous Ocean Safari in Plettenberg Bay, scouting for Dolphins and Whales. Meet the golfers for lunch at the Look-Out Deck overlooking the Bay.
Afternoon cruise up the Keurboom River gorge.
We recommend an early dinner at our favourite restaurant in the area.
Overnight: Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate.
