Your group
will be guided and assisted by an experienced tour co-ordinator
from your arrival until your departure back home. This will ensure that
your journey to South Africa is effortless, comfortable and memorable.
We emphasize flexibility, and do our utmost to cater to each individual's
needs. Upon reservation we will supply you with our list of favourite
restaurants and activities that we encourage you to explore. It is
our wish that you enjoy every minute of your golfing holiday in South
Africa, so flexibility and personal attention are an integral part
of the service that we provide.
Day
1: Cape Town, Arrival
You will be met at Cape Town International Airport and
transferred to your hotel to relax and stroll through the V & a
Waterfront. In the early evening we take a scenic drive through
the city, ascend Table Mountain and enjoy a glass of bubbly whilst
the sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean and the Mother City.
Dinner at one of our selected fine restaurants.
Overnight: Cape Grace
Day 2: Cape Town,
Erinvale Golf Course
Golfers:
Transfer to the heart of the winelands for 18 holes at Erinvale Golf
Course.
To the East lies the Hottentots Holland Mountain Range, to the North the
majestic Helderberg and to the South-East the Indian Ocean. Not surprisingly
this was the perfect venue for the 1996 World Cup of Golf Tournament.
Non-Golfers:
Embark on a full day tour through the most beautiful wine country
in the world.
All guests will meet for lunch at our favourite winelands restaurant.
After an enjoyable day in the Cape wine country we return to Cape Town
and then onto dinner at one of the many fine restaurants the Cape Town
Waterfront has to offer.
Overnight:

Day
3: Cape Town, Royal Cape Golf Course.
Golfers: Transfer to the championship
18 hole Royal Cape Golf Course, which was officially the first ever
golf course in South Africa. Nine South African Opens have been
held here with winners including Gary Player (1965) and Ernie Els (1996).
Non-Golfers:
Take a historical journey through the multicultural city of Cape
Town.
All guests are invited to take the last ferry for the day leaving for
Robben Island, walk the path of a true international icon; our former
President Nelson Mandela.
Dinner at one of the spectacular restaurants in Camps
Bay with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Day
4: Cape Town, Clovelly Golf Course
Golfers: Clovelly Country Club,
one of Southern Africa's most picturesque and challenging courses.
This course is famous for its rolling, computer-irrigated fairways,
undulating greens and magnificent landscaping.
Non-golfers:
Are treated to a day out at Cape Point where one of the highlights
will be a visit to Boulders Beach to experience a close encounter with
the African Penguin.
The day will end with an optional helicopter flip back to Cape
Town. Get a birds eye view of the rugged Cape coastline.
Dinner at leisure - choose from our carefully selected list of
tried and tested restaurants.

5: Cape Town, Arrabella Golf Course
Golfers: Today we take the scenic
drive over Sir Lowry's Pass to introduce you to the Arrabella Country
Estate. This 18-hole championship course has been designed to maximize
the sweeping grandeur of its' breathtaking backdrop.
Non-golfers:
A morning of self-indulgence; Arrabella has a world-class spa
offering a variety of relaxing beauty treatments. An optional tour
to the seaside village of Hermanus can be arranged.

6: George, Bramble Golf Course
Board a flight at Cape Town International to George airport
in the heart of the Garden Route, where you will be transferred
to the prestigious Fancourt Estate.
Golfers: Play the Bramble Course
(depending on your arrival time). This opened at the end of 2001. Alternatively
warm up on the putting and chipping greens, greenside and fairway bunkers
and the full length driving range.
Afternoon at leisure to walk through the estate grounds and soak up the
atmosphere at Fancourt, which offers indoor and outdoor pools, spa,
bar areas, driving range, golf academy, shops, billiard room, squash,
bowls, volleyball and tennis courts.
Dinner will be served at one of the 5 world-class restaurants.

Day
7: George, The Links Golf Course
Golfers: Today you play the Links
Course. This remarkable course is earmarked to host the 2003 Presidents
Cup. This challenging course ensures that the overall balance in terms
of length, position of hazards and shot values are in harmony.
After lunch, join the non-golfers for a Champagne and Oyster cruise
on the Knysna Lagoon.
Non-golfers:
Tour along the Garden Route to Knoetzie beach. Walk along this
pristine beach, famous for it's unusual authentic "castles",
followed by a short walking tour of the township. Lunch on the east head
of the Knysna lagoon.
Enjoy a Champagne & Oyster Cruise on the Knysna
Lagoon.
Overnight:

8: George, Montagu Golf Course
Golfers: Play the Montagu course at
Fancourt. This superb, parkland course was designed by Gary Player.
Enjoy lunch at Fancourt and an afternoon of leisure. Alternatively choose
from one of our optional activities, for an all encompassing and energetic
day.
Non-golfers: Full day tour to Oudtshoorn,
in the Klein Karoo, a semi-desert. Traversing up the spectacular Outeniqua
Pass, visit the famous Cango Caves. Have lunch at one of
the "Feather Palaces". The afternoon tour takes you via
the Ostrich and Crocodile farms, before returning to the coastal
belt.
Optional dinner at Fancourt (or make use of our recommendations,
for dining in the area).

Day
9: George, Sparrebosch Golf Course
Golfers: Transfer to the western
headland of the Knysna Lagoon to play the scenic Sparrebosch Golf Course.
Sparrebosch Clifftop Estate and Country Club opened its 18-hole
golf course in August 2000. The views from the course look back over
the Knysna Lagoon and the Outeniqua Mountains.
Non-golfers:
Board the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe (the region's famous antique steam
train) from George to Knysna - a shopper's paradise. Lunch
at 34 ° South in the Knysna Waterfront and stroll through the quaint
village of Knysna - famous for its wood, arts and crafts, revealing a
treasure of interesting people and unusual places
Join the Golfers for refreshments, and enjoy the panoramic views
from the clubhouse at Sparrebosch.

Day
10:
George, Goose Valley Golf Course
Golfers:
Goose Valley Course is set in a protected environment on the banks
of the Keurboom Lagoon. The fairways are flanked by indigenous
Cape vegetation, which requires accurate shots. Join your partners
in Plettenberg Bay for an afternoon of leisure or fun filled activity.
Non-golfers:
Visit the seaside village of Plettenberg Bay, strolling along the
main road you will find some interesting shops, art galleries and hidden
treasures. The afternoon can be spent lazing on the golden beaches and
enjoying a swim in the temperate Indian Ocean.
Alternatively choose on of our optional activities, hiking trails,
glider flights or visiting the Robberg Nature Reserve.

Day
11: George, The Plettenberg Bay Golf Course
Golfers: Early morning transfer
to Plettenberg Bay, where you play the Plettenberg Bay Golf course
in the Piesang River Valley.
Non-golfers:
Head out to sea on an adventurous Ocean Safari in Plettenberg Bay,
scouting for Dolphins and Whales. Meet the golfers for lunch
at the Look-Out Deck overlooking the Bay. Afternoon boat cruise
on the Keurboom River.
We
recommend an early dinner at our favourite restaurant in the area.

12: Departure
After breakfast depart for George airport and your flight back
home or to your next destination.
